Leading retirement provider Aveo Group has announced a construction milestone at its $400 million Bella Vista community, in Sydney’s north-west, as the roof of its first major building is set to be put in place this month following its topping out last month.
Comprising 64 of Aveo Bella Vista’s 446 Independent Living Units, the $75 million ‘Waratah’ first stage will be home to the majority of the community amenity, as well as a range of open plan apartments to accommodate retirees wanting to downsize without compromising on quality, space, location or lifestyle.
The first stage, positioned overlooking a lake and offering north-facing waterfront living across nine levels, boasts a range of one, two and three bedroom residences priced from $525,000 with penthouses available on Level 9 from $1,790,000.
Aveo Bella Vista is the key retirement component within the 377-hectare Norwest smart city featuring a private hospital, metro rail and major revitalizations to the existing precinct. Mulpha Australia Limited recently announced a $3 billion expansion of Norwest Business Park.
The amenities within the Bella Vista retirement community compare to that of a 5-star hotel, featuring a resident waterfront bistro, wine bar, snooker lounge, function areas and a revolutionary health and wellness suite, all accessed via a grand central 5 star hotel style lobby.
