Cross-stitching royalty

At Aveo The Parks in Earlville, residents are living in the presence of cross-stitching royalty!

Rebecca, a resident in the community, has spent the last six months cross-stitching a splendid portrait of King Henry VIII, which she then entered in the 2021 Cairns Show.

From the Show, Rebecca was awarded with just about every prize possible, including 'Grand Champion of the Hall' for the best exhibit for the arts and crafts category.

Congratulations Rebecca - what an incredible achievement!
