Christmas is in the air at Aveo Bayview Gardens retirement village!
To help everyone get into the spirit of the season, staff have begun hosting Christmas craft sessions for those living in the community's Serviced Apartments. The Bayview residents have enjoyed creating cards and decorations for family and friends, and even adorning the community with their creations.
Melinda, Community Manager, said it has been great to be able to spread some cheer after what has been a challenging year for residents.
"There's no doubt that it's been tough for many in the community, particularly the residents. To be able to give them something that puts a smile on their faces is a great feeling."
