The Bond payment option is available for independent living residences across most Aveo leasehold and license communities.

How it works
Moving In
Under our Bond option you’ll make a refundable premium entry payment. You will also pay a 3% establishment fee that is non-refundable. This means you do not need to pay the management fee.
Living In
Every resident contributes a regular service fee to ensure the upkeep of all facilities, activities and community staff that are available to you.
Leaving
When it's time to leave your community we make sure it's a smooth transition. Under our Bond payment option, you will receive the return of your entry payment within 3 months.
Financial clarity, always
Even before you move, you’ll know exactly what you pay and when, as well as how much is returned and when.
No stamp duty
Unlike residential property, you won’t be exposed to capital loss or property market fluctuations.
No sales or marketing costs
We also accept full responsibility for any marketing or sales costs if you decide to sell your Aveo property.
Service fees stop
Service fees will cease one month after you give vacant possession of your home.

Bond, our no management fee option
Perfect for those with the funds to move now, this affords you the benefit of not paying the management fee by paying a refundable premium entry payment and a non-refundable establishment fee on entry.
Please refer to the contract for the full terms and conditions. The entry payment or purchase price and other fees payable on entry depend on any available contract option you select and will be calculated based on the listed property price (also known as the 'standard ingoing contribution') for a home. If your contract is a Later contract, you will have to pay a departure fee when you leave the village. Availability of payment options will depend on the type of home and the community you choose.
