The Sanctuary Retirement Living in Caboolture South QLD is thriving and this month, residents and the Aveo team got together with Aveo CEO, Tony Randello to celebrate the successful revitalisation of the community which is now completely sold out. This celebration was about more than just bricks and mortar - it was about connection, teamwork, and progress.
The Sanctuary has been on a transformational journey and with a renewed focus on flexibility, service, and upgraded facilities in the past two years, it’s safe to say the transformation has been a success. More than 70 new residents have chosen to make The Sanctuary their home since 2023, and the energy across the community is wonderful to see! Tony and the Aveo team hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony as part of the celebrations. The ceremony was made even more special by long-time resident Alan, who gave a beautiful speech and shared that moving to The Sanctuary 13 years ago was “the best decision [he] could have made.”
The success of The Sanctuary is a testament to the incredible teamwork across Aveo, from sales, marketing , care and operations to refurbishment, finance and leadership, and to the residents that create the wonderful community spirit at The Sanctuary.
