The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Manager - Contracts Administration, you will be responsible for managing the sales contracts for a portfolio of retirement communities. You will provide administrative support relating to resident sale contracts and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth settlement process.

This is a fixed-term full-time position until May 2025, located at our Aveo Brisbane Office in Newstead, Brisbane.

You will

  • Maintain customer information and databases
  • Prepare and process sales
  • Prepare and review settlement statements
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders such as Sales Consultants, Community Managers, Regional Sales Managers and the internal legal team
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports 
  • Assist and Support external providers such as solicitors with contractual and sales administration. 

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role, real estate administration or similar within a property or conveyancing environment (desired)
  • High levels of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work in response to fluctuating sales demands
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment and strong interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level of experience with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Friendly and reliable attitude
