Sales Associate: Our associates are responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the sales office. They also ensure a professional image when interacting with our customers.

Sales Manager: As the frontline representatives of Aveo, Sales Managers oversee the sale of current or any newly released stock in the communities. Working closely with potential residents and their families, they walk them through the sales process with kindness, care and respect.

Sales Manager

Helping people is what I do. I'm an empathetic person and always put others first. It's essential in my role as I'm the first step in residents' journey into retirement living within our friendly communities. Pairing Aveo's reputation as a leader in the field and with my background in real estate sales, this role was a natural progression. It suits me to the ground! 

It's great hearing residents say they “love living in an Aveo community”. It means that I have helped make incoming residents' lives easier and offered them a new and exciting start to the next phase of their lives. It gives me absolute satisfaction in a job well done that I’m helping create a better life in a safe and enjoyable environment.

I embody kindness, care and respect in all my dealings with residents. It shows I genuinely care and builds trust. I've always been like this, but it's enhanced in this role. I recently helped a family across two generations, selling a unit and relocating a family member to another unit. Assisting people during challenging times, or in any way we can, is immensely grounding. 

I love the connections and engagement in our villages. I participated in the ‘Staff versus Residents’ Bowling Day, which was such fun. It's great coming to work and being a part of an incredible community. 

Aveo has changed the retirement landscape and the perception of retirement living. There's no stigma; it's people across a diversity of mature ages, modern housing and facilities, and the care and community atmosphere exceeds residents’ expectations. 

I am the Sales Manager for four villages, which means I’m on the road most days. It's great connecting with and meeting new people every day. It's a real team effort and I get so much support from my assistant, regional and state managers, and the community managers. I'm always learning and have strong working relationships with my colleagues. It's a great team to be a part of. 

I feel proud of how many people I’ve helped achieve their goals and aspirations. Seeing them happy and making a difference in their lives is a nice feeling.
