Sod turning signals the start of Stage 3, multi-million construction at Parkside Carindale

Turning the sod today confirms that work is now underway on the $68 million third stage of Parkside Carindale – which will be the largest retirement community in South Eastern Brisbane when it’s complete and unrivalled in terms of quality and amenity.

To meet demand the third stage will see a further 100 independent living apartments delivered, comprising of one, two and three bedrooms across nine residential levels of a 10-storey building. Select apartments will provide uninterrupted views across Quota Park.

Parkside Carindale sits on almost three hectares of land only 16 kms south of Brisbane’s CBD, and provides unrivalled retirement living options on the market. Once the six-stage $220+ million development is complete, this retirement community will deliver 431 independent living apartments and residential aged care facilities.

Locals gravitate to the area as the community is located opposite Westfield Carindale, and is adjacent to Bulimba Creek parkland, providing a tranquil outlook.

Completion of stage three is anticipated by July 2023, with the final stage due to be completed by 2029.
