Assisted Living Apartments
Purpose-built and located close to the retirement community centre, an Assisted Living Apartment is a unique low-care option personally tailored to your needs. Unlike the rigid regime of an aged care hostel, you live privately in your apartment, receiving the benefit of hotel-style services including daily meals, weekly domestic and linen services and guidance from a personal care assistant.
If you need a little extra help for things like showering, dressing, and medical management, you can choose from a range of optional user-pays care services.
Assisted Living Apartments can be either studio or 1-2 bedroom residences with kitchenette and living area, as well as ensuite bathroom with toilet, quality fixtures and fittings, hand rails and emergency call units for complete peace of mind.
To be eligible to live in an Assisted Living Apartment, you must be assessed as requiring assistance with daily living activities. A registered nurse or health care professional will complete the independent assessment. We can arrange for the assessment to be conducted in the privacy of your own home, if you wish.
