Retirement living and exercise - a perfect match!
At Aveo retirement villages, we know how important exercise is, and how easy it is to remain active into your retirement. If you are one of those people who thinks there’s no point to exercising or that you’re too old to start, then it’s time to change the way you think about exercise. Have you ever taken the stairs instead of riding the lift? Has pulling the weeds in the garden made you work up a sweat? Did you walk a mile when window shopping at the mall? Well, these are all forms of exercise!
At Aveo, we have many amazing residents in our retirement villages. It's always great to hear about what they've been up to.
