Each Aveo Live Well community has a dedicated Village Manager and various support staff such as gardening, maintenance and domestic teams, receptionists and chefs. The Village Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the community. This includes health and safety initiatives, liaising with resident committees, welcoming new residents and assisting with coordinating community and social activities. Village Managers pride themselves on the first name’ relationship they share with village residents and further reflect Aveo Live Well's commitment to delivering the highest level of personal attention to residents.

People often ask us if family and friends are able to visit. We are able to assure them that they are very welcome indeed! It’s your home, so you can have friends and family over to visit or even stay a few days whenever you choose. Your visitors are welcome to use all community amenities while in your company.
