Residents of Aveo Peregian Springs Country Club, with the assistance of the restaurant Chef Ann, have begun a regular cooking school in the community kitchen. With such a wealth of knowledge within the community, the cooking school is an opportunity for residents to share their favourite recipes and pick up some new tips for the kitchen.
Gloria is the first resident to share her recipe of choice at the cooking school. Gloria spends much of her time fundraising for her craft group and volunteering at community events. Her very own famous and delicious, pumpkin, date and ginger scones were a hit and loved by all.
Noel is the next resident to share his skills with the cooking school and is planning to cook his mother’s Thai Yellow Chicken Curry and Savoury Steak recipe.
Great job to Gloria and all of the talented cooks at Aveo Peregian Springs Country Club. We look forward to seeing more delicious creations come out of the kitchen.
