Aveo provides certainty from the first moment, with the Lifemark Village Scheme.

This independent third-party approval scheme allows retirement villages and operators to demonstrate their dedication, both to fulfilling retirement village operational and service requirements, and to the continuous improvement of this service.

In this way, this internationally recognised scheme allows seniors, families and friends, the peace of mind in choosing the right retirement option.

In gaining certification, retirement companies must meet scheme requirements in six fields:

  1. Lifestyle
  2. Support
  3. People/Staff
  4. Safety
  5. Regulations
  6. Village Policy

Through a cycle of self assessment, tri-yearly recertification, reviews and on-site audits, preliminary assessment and identification of nonconformities, resolution of nonconformities, final assessment reports and decision recommendations, review of initial ongoing certification, issue of Certificate of Conformity, and an 18 month surveillance assessment, Lifemark ensures the constant high performance of each individual retirement village.

All Aveo villages are accredited by the Lifemark Village Scheme.
