As baby boomers grow older they’re creating demand for new housing options, specifically for seniors.
Tomorrow, The Clayfield, a luxury inner-city apartment building will open as part of one of the South-East’s first vertical retirement villages. The apartments and the communal areas of the building are designed to cater for the occupants as they age. The apartments start at $450,000 and go up to more than $1 million, but property consultants Urbis say more developers are looking at projects like this.
