Residents and guests of Aveo Domainé were recently treated to an afternoon culinary masterclass. Celebrity Chef, and author of ‘Mercurio’s Menu’, Paul Mercurio hosted a cooking demonstration with Aveo’s own Executive Chef, John Casey.
Over 115 residents and guests enjoyed the sights and sounds as Paul led them through some tasty, easy to prepare, nutrition filled meals. Samples were handed out, and guests were able to buy signed copies of Paul’s newest cookbook.
After the masterclass, a three piece jazz band serenaded the guests as they enjoyed a bite to eat.
The afternoon was greatly enjoyed by all who attended.
