James Stack completed his Chef apprenticeship on the Gold Coast, where he was born and raised, before heading to London to work at the iconic Waldorf Hilton for two years.
Upon returning to Australia, James spent time working at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Treasury Casino & Hotel, Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa and was one of just five Executive Chef’s for the Beijing Olympics, delivering over 120,000 meals.
James is now Aveo’s National Food Services Quality Assurance Manager and is passionate about delivering quality food to Australia’s seniors.
