David Fryer completed his apprenticeship in a small French bistro in Brisbane before joining the Sheraton Hotel chain for seven years.
While living in London, David was lucky enough to work alongside the esteemed Anton Mosimann, preparing meals for celebrities and the Royal Family.
Now with over 20 years’ experience, David has built a name for himself as one of the leading chefs on the Gold Coast and loves to continue experimenting with food. We are lucky to have David working on the team as Aveo’s Regional Catering Manager.
