Aveo’s National Food Services Manager, John Casey, yesterday hosted the first session of Chef Masterclasses for the food services team in Victoria.

The day consisted of training, cooking demonstrations, presentations from Nutrition Professionals Australia and an information session on the latest in texture modified meals by Bernadette Dutton at Loqui.

Everybody enjoyed getting involved and brainstorming ways to continually improve Aveo’s 5-star approach to food service for residents. 

It was a great day enjoyed by all of Aveo’s chefs in Victoria. Next week, John will be taking the masterclass to South Australia.
