Aveo is seeking an experienced and committed Registered Nurse to join Aveo Freedom Tamworth in North Tamworth, NSW.

In this role, you will thrive in an environment where resident choice comes first. Your ability to build strong rapports with families and work closely with a dedicated team, will help to ensure clinical and interpersonal outcomes are exceeded.

Your experience will be valued and you will play a key role in supporting the team around you to ensure quality outcomes for all residents in your care.

About the role and Aveo Freedom Tamworth:

  • Casual position available
  • Casual loading and weekend penalty rates may apply
  • Reporting to Community Manager
  • Lead, supervise and educate a clinical team and ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard
  • Ensuring all residents receive general and support services in line with resident contracts and care plans and be accountable for all medication management during the shift
  • only moments away from shopping centres, Tamara Private Hospital, Tamworth Hospital, parks and the scenic Peel River, with bus stops located conveniently close to the community. 

About you:

  • Hold a current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in Community Care or Retirement Living
  • Proficient in the use of technology and digital systems
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current Police certificate
