We are excited to announce that we can now take appointments again at all of our communities!


To ensure the health and wellbeing of our residents and staff, we are conducting appointments in accordance with the required COVIDSafe plan.

How we've supported our residents


What you can do before your appointment

We encourage you to visit our website to get a sense of the community, its facilities and lifestyle, and available properties. Your Sales Consultant can provide you with more information.

Your Sales Consultant will also contact you by phone prior to your appointment. They will provide an overview of the community and discuss how to best ensure your appointment is spent on things that are important to you.


What to expect during your appointment

Before you attend your appointment, please note:

  • You will only be able to visit the community for one hour, and inspect a maximum of four properties during your appointment. In Victoria you will only be able to inspect 2 properties for a maximum of 15 minutes each.

  • Only four people will be able to attend the appointment – your Sales Consultant can provide more information. In Victoria one person along with their dependants and partner may attend.

  • As you arrive at the community, you will notice we have implemented an enhanced registration process. This is to ensure we are protecting our residents, our staff and you.

    Before you enter the community, we will:

    • Provide you with a temperature check

    • Ask you to register your details at the front desk

    • Ask you to answer a range of screening questions

    • Once you have been cleared, your Sales Consultant will take you through the community. Some areas of the community may be closed and inaccessible during the appointment - your Sales Consultant can provide you with more information.*
