Aveo Manor Gardens enjoys easy access to the city of Adelaide. The community has Independent Living Units, Assisted Living Apartments and Flexi-Units, catering to any type of lifestyle. Independent Living Units feature airy one or two bedroom homes with a mixture of attached and detached garages and carports. Some Independent Living Units have been upgraded with new kitchens, stainless steel appliances, fully tiled bathrooms and laundries. All tenure is Licence.

Assisted Living Apartments have kitchenette, living area and separate fully tiled bathroom with toilet and reverse cycle heating and cooling. Some have sunrooms attached. Assisted Living resident service fees includes our 'hospitality package' of two home cooked meals daily, weekly cleaning and linen service.

The 'hospitality package' is also available as an optional extra in our one bedroom Flexi-Units. Flexi-Units offer a kitchenette/living area and separate bathroom with toilet.
Aveo Manor Gardens has bus stops close by and is near to the local shops on Northbridge Avenue along with Paddy's Market, Ingle Farm, Parabanks, Westfield Tea Tree Plaza and Centro Hollywood shops, medical facilities, churches and a train station.
