Aveo The Haven is set in the heart of North Haven with easy access to Port Adelaide and the city of Adelaide. Choose between spacious one or two bedroom Independent Living Units, Assisted Living Apartments and a single Flexi-Unit. The Independent Living Units present airy lounge and dining areas and have plenty of cupboard/storage space. Some Independent Living Units have been upgraded with new kitchens, stainless steel appliances, fully tiled bathrooms and laundries. There is a mixture of attached and detached carports. Tenure is Licence.
Assisted Living Apartments have reverse cycle heating and cooling, kitchenette, living area and separate fully tiled bathroom with toilet. Some have sunrooms attached. Your service fee includes our 'hospitality package' of two home cooked meals daily, weekly cleaning and linen service.
The 'hospitality package' is available as an optional extra for our one bedroom Flexi-Unit.The Flexi-Unit offers a kitchenette/living area and separate bathroom with toilet.
Aveo The Haven is right across the street from the North Haven shops, bus stops and the train station and is only a short stroll to the beach.
