One, two and three bedroom Independent Living Units, have a mixture of attached and detached garages/carports. Some Independent Living Units have been upgraded with new kitchens, stainless steel appliances, fully tiled bathrooms and laundries. The Independent Living Units have compact rear yards, some privately enclosed. Tenure is Licence.

One bedroom Flexi-Units have kitchenette and separate bathroom with toilet and laundry facilities. Our hospitality package of two home cooked meals daily, weekly cleaning and linen service is available to our Flexi-Unit residents as an optional extra. Car parking is available.
