Serviced Apartments can comprise of either a studio or 1-2 bedrooms, kitchenette and a living area as well as ensuited bathroom, quality fixtures and fittings, hand rails and emergency call units for complete peace of mind.
Residents of Serviced Apartments are offered assistance with daily living activities including:
- Domestic services, including cleaning and linen laundry service
- Two nutritious meals served daily.
To be eligible to reside in a Serviced Apartment, individuals may be assessed as requiring assistance with daily living activities. A registered nurse or health care professional will complete the independent assessment. We can arrange for the assessment to be conducted in the peace and privacy of your own home, if you wish.
