FAQ - AVEO Retirement Villages

Yes, most certainly. We encourage all prospective purchasers to take a full tour of our retirement villages. Most of our villages also have fully furnished displays for visitors to peruse. Family, friends, relatives, financial advisors, and all other interested parties are all welcome to join you in an inspection. To arrange an inspection, simply call 13 28 36.

At some of our villages, small pets are permitted within the Independent Living Unit precincts. As restrictions vary from village to village, it is best to ask a consultant about the particular retirement village you have in mind.

All Aveo retirement villages are resident funded and fees will vary depending on the size of the retirement village and the number of services/facilities, etc. Generally, fees are used to contribute to:

• Professional on-site management
• Gardening/landscaping
• Maintenance of common areas and community facilities
• Insurance.

Fees are reviewed on an annual basis. Village residents are invited to participate in the review process.

All Aveo retirement villages pride themselves on their security. Any resident leaving the village for an extended period is asked to notify the Village Manager as a further precaution.

Yes, all residents are required to pay a Deferred Management Fee. Details of Deferred Management Fee structures are available by contacting an Aveo consultant.
