With a commitment to provide the highest levels of service to our residents, each Aveo Live Well village has a dedicated Village Manager and many villages also have various support staff including gardens/ maintenance personnel, receptionists and village chefs.
The Village Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the community. This includes health and safety initiatives, liaising with resident committees, welcoming new residents and assisting with coordinating village and social activities.
Each Village Manager prides themselves on the ‘first name’ relationship they share with village residents and further reflects Aveo’s commitment to delivering the highest level of personal attention to residents. |
